What your fee covers
Your consultation fee covers Dr Natasha's time and expertise for the duration of your appointment. This includes taking a full clinical history, a physical examination where appropriate, arranging any investigations needed, providing you with a clear explanation of your condition, prescribing if required, and writing any referral letters.
Blood tests, ECGs, and scans, where needed, are arranged through the clinic facilities at Harley Street and charged separately by the clinic. These costs will be discussed with you before they are arranged. You will never be charged for something you have not agreed to.
Private health insurance
Most private medical insurers do not directly cover private GP consultations. However, they may cover the costs of specialist referrals and investigations that follow from your GP appointment — such as scans, blood panels, or consultant opinions.
It is always worth checking your policy before your appointment. If you have any questions about what your insurer may cover, do please get in touch.
Common questions about fees
-
No. This is a self-pay (private pay) practice. You do not need health insurance to book an appointment. All fees are paid directly before the appointment.

Blood tests and ECG can usually be arranged on the same day at the Harley Street clinic. Scanning can often be arranged the same day, depending on availability. These are charged directly to you by the clinic, separately from the consultation fee, and will always be discussed and agreed with you before they are arranged.
